My experience with Renaissance Properties was a very positive one from move in to move out. I rented a lovely two bedroom apartment in the historic district of Richmond and I really enjoyed the apartment during the four years I lived there. These properties are among the finest rental properties available in the Richmond area. Any maintenance issues (and there were not many) were taken care of promptly and professionally, and the owner and his staff were always very friendly and supportive.
